“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” — Mary Oliver

What’s your next step?

For almost 20 years, I have supported individuals while they move their lives toward the success they define. We unpack the significance why it matters — of following through on your goals, reconnecting to open-hearted optimistic beliefs, and strengthening self-regulation to maintain focus and perseverance.

As a mom, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, and self-employed wellness professional, I understand the complexities and importance of building & maintaining relationships through life’s transitions, misunderstandings, and celebrations. Making peace with disappointments, regrets, and limitations has helped me shift gears to make better decisions, develop confidence, and focus on what’s most meaningful.

I structure my days as I recommend to others: maintaining a balanced healthy lifestyle that includes setting boundaries around time for self-reflection, creative endeavors, continuing education, exercise, good nutrition, sleep, moments of inspiration, gratitude, and fun.
