The Emotional Maintenance Intro: 3-Session Package — $563 (25% Discount)

The 3-Session Emotional Maintenance Intro is the next step for anyone ready for a more focused arc of work.

Session 1 — Understanding the Landscape We begin with what's bringing you in. You'll be introduced to the concept of emotional maintenance: what it is, why it matters, and how your thoughts, emotions, and body are already in conversation, whether you're aware of it or not. Together, we'll clarify the specific area you most want to work on.

Session 2 — Going Deeper This is where the real work begins. We explore the patterns underneath the surface, identify what's getting in the way, and develop practical action steps you can begin using right away.

Session 3 — Progress and Path Forward We check in on what's shifted, reinforce what's working, and build a simple plan you can sustain. We'll also discuss whether continued sessions would be useful and what that might look like.

For clients who want to continue, ongoing sessions are available at $250 per session, pay-as-you-go, no required commitment. You book when it feels right.

All sessions are 60 minutes and available by phone, video, or in person. Payment is due at the time of the appointment. Zelle and Visa/MC are accepted.
